Kei Suezawa directing (and fully writing!) a series with a high ceiling is great to see, and Naoyuki Asano's rendering of the characters is unsurprisingly great & likely assuages the pain of introducing disconnected linework to animation. Shout-out to art director Mika Nishimura too, of course
