They had a nice walk of fame area and displays of the Blue Jays’ history. I don’t know if that’s always there or just for the 50th season, but it was cool, even if I saw a tribute to the man who ruined my childhood in 1992.

And I have a ton of respect for the Blue Jays fans. They showed up and they stayed, even as Baltimore was pummeling Toronto. I thought it would clear out and we could find a seat but, nope!

They took this older space and made it really work for the modern fan with a ton of open areas for standing. The 200 level was even cooler. I don’t know if it was just a City Connect night but they had like an arcade and these cool lights and flowers and it was a vibe.

Crossed Toronto off the MLB Stadium list tonight. It was fun. Since it opened in ‘89 as the Skydome it was very much that old feel of like an Atlanta Fulton County Stadium with the ramps and how it was built. But what was super interesting to me is how nice the main concourse was.

The Red Sox broadcast booth is all women tonight for Women's Celebration Night, and while I love it and they're killing it, I want to see this on the regular and not for one specific purpose. I just love watching smart women talk about sports! Put more of them in booths, damnit!

Flock’s array of license-plate cameras was built to fight crime. But at least 50 law enforcement officers were charged with or accused of misusing it and other systems.

I used to be seriously annoyed by the Bee Gees (blame “Stayin’ Alive” being overplayed). Then during the pandemic I watched the HBO doc and got obsessed with their whole catalog. The “To Love Somebody” needle drop in “Knives Out: Glass Onion”? I audibly cheered when we saw it in the theater.
