👓: Pro tip as someone who works in customer service: being polite and nice is the most surefire way to get what you want. I recall calling up a government records building in New Jersey, recognizing that there was a charge to get what I wanted printed over and had asked how to go about it.

👓: New phone's active. One of those "loyalty programs" for my provider. Wound up jumping 5 generations for practically free (minus the taxes and shipping, of course), and didn't even have to change my plan. Nice! Runs pretty well, although I will actively not be using the built-in AI.
