I have an important announcement to share with you all! 🌤️ [ #vsky | #vtuber ]

Hi everyone!

It's been a while! I didn't announce it on my social media, but back in February I decided to go on hiatus for mental health reasons. I didn't believe I could really put my best self forward on stream and provide the kind of experience and environment I try to cultivate. Put simply, I was the most depressed I had ever been since the death of my brother almost ten years ago.

Now, I'm excited to announce that I'm returning soon! This weather bunny is ready to come back and keep the sun shining!

I've also got stuff in the works that I can't wait to share. If you want to keep up, you can find the link to my discord server in my pinned post! Keep an eye out for a schedule in the near future and my first stream back! See you then!

Here's this week's schedule! Feeling a little better so I'm going to try to play some Yakuza 0 tonight! If my throat starts to bother me, though, I'll switch to something with less yapping required. 😅 🎨: @/kryk3n (vgen) #VTuber #Streaming

Schedule for this week is Yakuza 0 at 7 PM Eastern on Monday, January 20th, Thursday, January 23rd, Friday, January 24th, and Saturday, January 25th. Photo included is an illustration of Vamrela in a maid costume.

No stream tonight or tomorrow night. Gonna nurse this possible respiratory infection with some antibiotics and hope that Monday treats me better. My body is tired of my yapping, I guess.

After rightful criticism of their silence on the layoffs last year, you'd think they would at LEAST try to make their effort this year look sincere. And it *would have* had they not played that Catly ad. I can imagine it feels like a slap in the face to those affected by layoffs.

Vamrela 🌧🌪 @vamrela.bsky.social · 13/12/2024

Something that's been bothering me since last night is how TGA promoted the trailer for an obviously AI game then had the audacity to talk about the massive industry layoffs as if that same AI technology wasn't a factor in people losing their jobs.

THINGS YOU CAN CONTROL: - How often you stream or post content - What type of content you want to make & share - Yourself. THINGS YOU CAN'T CONTROL: - How many people watch, follow, share your content, or sub to you - Other people. Focus on what you CAN control, not on what you CAN'T control! ✨
