Oh! you absolutely won’t, if they are NTFS drives (which i think Windows uses…) Linux can read / write those just fine.

WINE being a program that gets windows stuff running. If you have some windows MUST HAVES (like work related things) you can typically have a nose around for alternatives / see if the community got it running under Linux.

If you’re already familiar on how the SteamDeck works, Bazzite (which I use on my main machine!) is a very comfy experience. Linux Mint (which i use on an old MacBook) is also very newbie friendly. I also used Ubuntu + WINE for almost ten years before Proton hit the scene. >

Forgot to update that I finished these on Friday! Overall, not a bad relic grind. The only parts that were even remotely sucky (for me personally, your experience might be different.) were Demiatmas and the Alliance Raid aetherwell because of SO. MUCH. CRYSTAL. TOWER.

Second step. still not awful. Dawntrail victory lap is neat, and it’s nice the content is being revived, even for a little while.

Battle Relics final step is NOT awful. rejoice!! it’s fairly reasonable and i’m already almost done with the first part.

Probably will post one more and then pause til the end. just trying to gauge how many days it takes me to finish one from 150k.

Lenore, darling! @vampirenextdoor.etheirys.social · 21/06/2026

So Tool Mastery missions are the move after you’re done with relics because i am SWIMMING in points for both tool mastery and the original 500k each grind. only downside is my inventory being swamped with mount tickets. ;;

I’m annoyed that this is the only photo i have with both kiddos. Will have to get around to making a new family picture. but contrary to popular belief, Lenore does have children that she oh-so-conveniently yoinked during the events of 5.55
