It's weird to say that I find this album really relaxing. Especially with it's prolog.

What can I even say about Ministry. One of my favorite bands.

Vampire Freaks forum is a community for freaks and outcasts to be themselves, support each other and be weirdos together.

So I'vve been trying to find more artists like Yaelokre but no luck.

Can anyone recommend me some emo bands with queer/lgbt+ themes and lyrics?

i want them :( also i feel like that one lemon demon song

I discover this album and find a great vampy vicious in this track...

Majority of my closet is for the winter…most of my summer clothes are boring

Thought maybe I'd start posting some old photos since there's not a lot of activity in here. Do you think I should? These were taken at the abandoned Jacob Tome School in Port Deposit, Maryland as the title says on September 18, 2014. I would not recommend going there today. They had (at least)...

90s French Darkwave band. They released some newer music several years ago, but I much prefer their 90s work.

I’m a Nature Mom fan. Happy weekend, my fellows. 🍂🍁

"Minneapolis band which was formed in part from the ashes of The Sacred Version, via a few permutations including Bwana Devil and Timbuktu, and existed roughly from 1983-1988. They had sort of a reputation for being “dark”, “Goth”, and “spooky” [...] They shared bills with the likes of Alien Sex...

Hey I finally pulled my shit together and actually am gonna finally get goth make up I really like the intricate designs but I’m not sure where to start with it. I just need help getting into this

What are your opinions on Industrial Hip-Hop? Do you think this bands really exploit all the potential of the industrial aspect to their music? It is interesting enough to look for more similar stuff? By far I have only listened to Death Grips and Dalek. (And Dr. Steel as you can see), and I...

Menta - Silhouettes of the Unknown

I dug around the forum a bit, before posting this. In a little bit of disbelief that no one has yet planted the flag for this group & their music, I suppose. Entirely female fronted, groovy & jagged, alternative nu-metal debuting in 2000 with the very wonderful "Spit," which I will link in its'...

Went to Fort Howard Sunday for Defender's Day/Battle of North Point. Wasn't able to stay for the battle at 1 though. Note: This is not an attempt at a historically accurate Regency costume. This was just me trying to look semi on theme and more Regency influenced Romantic Goth using pieces...

It took me until like 6:30pm, but I decided to step away from the t-shirts and leggings for a little while. Choker - thrift store Spider necklace - DIY Rosary ankh necklace - DIY Top - thrift / taken in to fit Belt - thrift store. Skirt - thrift store Tights - Probably Dollar Buys, though I've...

I said, I don't like change but I'm not afraid I can't keep it together ever anyway When every page is in disarray I think we'll be okay

I have Evanescence’s new «Sanctuary» album in my apartment, plus their music on iTunes. I still love the song «How Do I Heal», because my friend Izabela took her life, because of private problems. I’ve lost friends in prison from whole death punishment, also. I’ve cried, yes. Celebrating the...

This shit is good I had heard of the Gary in passing before but my god so I was listening to some pirated flac mixtapes as one does and I heard metal I found a gem

Just curious, does anyone here listen to Syd Barrett or Syd Barrett-era Pink Floyd? I know he isn't a goth musician lol, but I'm curious how much crossover there is among people here. I've been listening to him again lately, especially Late Night. I also like some of the covers of his music...

That was a super fun show, opening acts were Violent Vira and Halestorm and both rocked. When the mosh pit opened for Babymetal I spent most of the rest of the night in it, surprisingly legit pit for the crowd!

Anyone here into choir music? I want to know how are the singing scenes on your cities. Repertoires? genres? do you sing? I sang all my life, and i feel i'll die singing anyway, this is the choir i'm working right now Of course, as any musitian, i'm on several parallel projects aswell, but this...

This album was sooo good! Really looking forward to the rest of their discography.

Death Rock band from Costa Rica. Really good listening.

https://myghettoblastersucks.bandcamp.com/music feel free to listen

I just saw a photo of Emilie Autumn and had such a strong memory of discovering her music on the original VF. I was also introduced to a lot of EDM on there, as I hadn't really listened to it before that. Curious what stands out to others from the original site.

Hello everyone, I've only very recently gotten into gothic culture! I know it's not on topic for this thread but if anyone that replies feels like dropping some band recs I'd love that! Right now I'm listening mainly to Sisters of Mercy, Clan of Xymox, Some Bauhous, past self (which is a Korean...

𝕴ve binged a few of Blutengel's music videos and I love the way they're filmed, their aesthetic complements the sound perfectly. Does anyone know other bands in a similar vein, maybe ones with MVs like this?

Hey! I like recording covers just for fun as a hobby (getting back into this after a hiatus due to military training). I'm not pursuing music professionally or trying to advertise anything. Would it be okay to occasionally share my covers here and ask for feedback, including what genre people...

Hey there, currently I'm living in Germany, the land where Bach and Beethoven have lived. Though in my age, there is nearly no one who is interested in organ music. At least no one who isn't religious (like me). So I wonder, does anyone here listen to organ music, and which songs would you like...

Introducing my first published work, 'NEW! DARK AGE' Volume #1 "Spacetime", A Lovecraftian anthology of visual storys. An invading alien race, a cyborg traumatised by the fires of Dresden, A killer Cult summoning the Black Sun Entity. + my surreal art up to now. Enjoy, Creatures of the Night...

So, if you're a Sabbath fan, you're probably well aware, but Iommi released a new single a few weeks ago in anticipation of his upcoming solo album. His prior solo work utilized multiple vocalists and was decent, in my opinion. For this effort he's recruited Jorn Lande, perhaps best known as...

Went to Spirit Halloween and then thrifting with my friend Ariel. She's been in the hospital and she starts chemo on Monday, so she wanted to go do something and at least get out of the house this weekend. I did not buy anything at Spirit since I'm pretty broke, though I do like some of the...

Casual OOTD, gonna go out with a friend and make some stickers :3

Goth Rock from my country. Saw them live in May.

She has metal tendencies in her music now and then, but LEAH is more witch music for real. I have all her cd albums, plus on iTunes. Favourite song currently is «Speak to Me». 🫶🏻

Some of my latest art! Hope y'all like it

A couple months ago my fiancé/partner of several years left me for someone they just met and my creativity took a complete nose dive. I have been drawing less and less, until not having drawn anything for the past three weeks. I have never dealt with an art block like this and am not sure how...

Haven't posted in anything in awhile so I thought I'd just come in real quick and post some (not very great) pictures from one of the two times I saw The Spiritual Bat in Philadelphia. I believe they also have a new album coming out at the end of this month.

Hello everybody, I am an incurable guitar maniac, always keen on learning and helping others with discovering the instrument. I wonder if you guys feel like sharing experiences and playing some actual challenges every day or every week? Like, one or another key on the whole fretboard, the...

Absolute favorite from the album.
