that was one of the more grueling mental health things thats happened to me HA! it was i think a suuuuper slow and long buildup of pre-psychosis symptoms (like over half a year) and then psychosis with a 3 day stretch of no mobility levels of catatonia, barely any cognitive function. IM ALIVE!

best art mentality advice i can give is to internalize that other artists arent your competition. We're literally drawing pictures together <3 I had a lot of horrible depression about this type of negative mentality. It's easier to be kind for my stress, so im so glad I was able to turn it around
