Spoiler warning and THREAD: I have a YouTube video in the works. If anyone could help me on this specific request, it would be appreciated: There is an unofficial artbook for a game called Space Invaders Extreme 2 that has *this* cover. I've tried to find the book everywhere on the internet.

Japanese doujinshi art-book titled "Invader GIRL! うほこのえほん SPACE INVADERS EXTREME2 Unofficial FanbOok", illustrated and released by Futago Minazuki. Illustrated is the Invader GIRL herself, posing prominently with a big smile on her face. Her official name is "UFO-CO".

Returning to art studying. I like rabbits.

Five rabbits. The far left one is just a stock image. The four rabbits to the right are drawn. The bottom right rabbit has the most detail.

this chart isn't even that good i hate this

Results screen for Taiko no Tatsujin, the song is The Intense Voice of Hatsune Miku, a 10-star Extreme / Oni difficulty song. 602 good hits, 100 ok hits, 1 bad hit. 1045400 is the new high score. Don-chan looks like a blue choo-choo train.

I had a lot of people compliment my glamour on FFXIV today, and I am inclined to think that the WAR job gear in Dawntrail is my favorite gearset so far. Like, I WISH I could have body tattoos like this on other glams. It's absurd how good this looks.

So, my operating system of choice for my laptop is down between the new elementaryOS 8, which is just about to release, or Haiku. I really like the vibe of both a lot in their own ways! It'll come down to how elementaryOS does on a dual-core i5 from 2013.

TODAY: I've published my *very* amateur game review of a small indie title called Refarm! It's a short yet neat game that does things differently from other farming sims :) You can read it at on my Neocities page! Also, I finally fixed the font issue. Yay! valorieph.neocities.org/posts/2024-1...

The layout is still very much unfinished. I would say the home page needs the most amount of work, but there's a whole lot about this platform that I still need to learn about. Shout outs to Zonelets and the creator of that template, too! It's super cool to tinker with. I really enjoy making this!

The home page for valoriePH's Neocities domain. The background is pastel pink with slightly darker diamonds patterned across. There are links to other pages on the site, including the recent posts, About section, and Archive section. The site's layout is wholly unfinished.

Today I decided to write a Neocities blog post. It will go live tomorrow when I finish it. Here is a snippet. This is a really cool platform :)

"I want to save my thoughts, challenges, and many other ramblings for future videos and blog posts. I still have a lot to learn, but I have already found my new tech home." Quote from unpublished valoriePH blog post, followed by, "My favorite game is Marble Blast. There isn't a transition here. TBC"

For those not on bird app, a lot of shit seems to be going down right now in regards to romhacking dot net. (RHDN) Going to boost these words from bird site user and TCRF admin notrevenant, because i feel that this is important to always keep in mind right now. x.com/notrevenant/...

A post from X by @notrevenant, saying "i'm not in a position to say a lot about it, but from my understanding i don't think anyone should take the romhacking dot net shutdown announcement at face value, and i particularly think that comparing the situation to what happened with Near is actually incredibly tasteless".
