ADHD adult here. It was missed in childhood because I was a girl and academically able, so missed homework, disorganisation was dismissed as "dreamy". I had great parents & a structured home life. Have seriously struggled in adulthood w executive dysfunction & demand avoidance.

I don't think anyone's arguing that it's not generally speaking better for you to eat wholefoods *if you can* rather than processed products engineered to be easy to consume but not nutritious. But it doesn't automatically follow that all processed food is unhealthy and all wholefoods are good.
