[mtrk] | #ffxiv 🪞 telaesthesia 🪞

A stylized painting of Hancock stumbling into the Warrior of Light within the depths of Shojo Temple. The former is sprawled, his back facing a broken mirror reflecting a sinister, obscured Warrior of Light. The latter faces the viewer and the merchant simultaneously, holding a oil lamp burning a paranormal blue. Engulfing what remains of the room is corrupted ambient aether, blending into an abstract byobu screen depicting veins, flames, and familiar waves native to Kugane.

honestly i think having a side account that you can go crazy on is good for the soul so i support it. go crazy. frolic in the fields.

110

Val 7.4 @valgrimholt.bsky.social · 06/06/2026

Anyways the point is that you might see a lot of Maeve on here and also probably a lot of MaeveThancred. I'm going to frolic in my enclosure. I'd like to continue posting Valstinien as well, but like I said most of my Valstinien gposes come from my friend Johre LOL...

010

Val 7.4 @valgrimholt.bsky.social · 06/06/2026

They're plaguing me constantly, I wish I was kidding. I do think its funny though because I used to be a very vocal thancred hater when I got to HW until like SHB/EW which completely changed my opinions on him but I was still pretty neutral until like recently.

Val 7.4 @valgrimholt.bsky.social · 06/06/2026

She's a side character in my friend's WoL timeline. She's supposed to be from Sharlayan and comes from a family of mages (with few exceptions). Strives to gain the Archon status, though I don't think she'll ever receive it. Against all odds, I ended up shipping her with Thancred LOL

110

Val 7.4 @valgrimholt.bsky.social · 06/06/2026

That said, I bring up my wolships because I have a new alt that I'm having a lot of fun with and I really didn't think I would LOL. I kind of made Maeve with the feeling she'd just be another alt I'd eventually abandon, but I've been playing on her rather regularly. slaps her ref here

Val 7.4 @valgrimholt.bsky.social · 06/06/2026

is going to be apart of Evercold, due to the trailer, then I feel like I really should rotate them in my head more to better express the ways I think they interact or enjoy each others company. Most of it really is just enjoy each other in silence though LOL..

010

Val 7.4 @valgrimholt.bsky.social · 06/06/2026

I would like to be able to talk about them more though. I really do like the idea of them fighting together in sync because of how in tuned they are together. or think about the talks they might have had during the short amount of time they see each other in Dawntrail. If Estinien actually

110

Val 7.4 @valgrimholt.bsky.social · 06/06/2026

IDK. I used to think the issue was that I was too embarrassed to share information on any wolships, but I've recently learned that isnt entirely the case because I've been going crazy over my new npc ship LOL...

110

Val 7.4 @valgrimholt.bsky.social · 06/06/2026

But like when it comes to art or making gposes my brain just mentally fries because I just don't know how to actually translate their relationship from my brain to my tablet or gposes. In fact I would say 99% of my gposes actually come from Johre and I eat up every single one LMFAO.

110

Val 7.4 @valgrimholt.bsky.social · 06/06/2026

have an unbreakable bond without the need to express that in words. Especially when neither Estinien nor Val are the type to really talk about their feelings in such a long winded way. I think if prompted, Val probably would try to pour his heart out while struggling to find the right words.

120

Val 7.4 @valgrimholt.bsky.social · 06/06/2026

i dont talk about my wolships enough because i have a really hard time putting my thoughts on valstinien on paper. the main concept for them is (that i enjoy) is that neither of them ever really needed to explicitly state their feelings for one another. im a big fan of ships where its clear they
