This past weekend I went to Paper Ink Print 2025. As part of the festival, I demonstrated my process for alternative stone lithography without a press. Pictured are the results of the demo stone, slightly different than my usual style, but still lovely on the natural gampi paper! #printmaking

For #printpromptmonday on the theme of #portrait A just-after-undergrad era portrait of my father in his younger years. Reduction stone lithograph created with many rounds of rubber hone deletions and strong etches. It doesn’t get out of the drawer much, but I still think it’s a beautiful print.

#favouritepiece for #printpromptmonday Multilayer kitchen litho on yellow toned kitakata paper. I love all the textures that came together in this experimental work.

Mask-like head, floating in space, with smoky swirls of red, blue and black riding from inside. Original print on paper.

Might it seem silly to be printing a kitchen litho on top of a limestone? Perhaps, but silly things are fun😊 And it’s nice to give your arms a break once in a while. #litho #kitchenlitho #printmaking #print #art
