As I previously posted, it appears that my contract has been cancelled. I have provided counseling to victims of crime for over 15 years. It was supported by the county District Attorney and grants from VOCA. I will continue to see my current clients, as I feel it's important work.

I have a contract to counsel victims of crime. Congress passed VOCA (Victims of Crime Act) in 1984, and local law enforcement and Victim Advocates can apply for Federal grant money to offer this service. That service and funding is now frozen, possibly eliminated down the road. Sad day, all around
