We are creating a new mental health questionnaire for pregnancy and the post-partum period that reflects the lived experience of autistic/ADHD people.

Who can participate?
Identify as a woman or assigned female at birth
Experienced mental health challenges during pregnancy and/or up to one year after birth in the last year
Aged 18+
Living in the UK
You do not have to be neurodivergent!

What does participating involve?
Complete questionnaires in an online survey (about 20 minutes).
All responses are anonymous, questions are optional, you can stop at any time, and your data is kept securely.
