I prefer to use both. I will switch between them depending on the task I need to accomplish and depending on what I need for it. WMs for writing,programming and generally “office-like” job while DEs for visual and more “creative” tasks. At the end I just use what ever feels more natural for the task

Hello everyone, I think I am crazy… I want to use Gentoo Linux for the next video, and … CREATE my own WINDOW MANAGER using WAYLAND, and this is only for presumably next video… If someone has knowledge in, or knows books about Wayland protocol or/as well as wlroots, I will appreciate if you share it

Phew, video editing took me much longer than I thought it will take. I haven’t really done much today and yesterday in my free time other than editing this video, and it is almost finished 🥳. I sincerely hope that I will be able to finish and upload the video tomorrow. Have a great day :)!

In Germany libraries are actually quite popular, there are a lot of people in different ages. In “commercial libraries/book stores” you have a very decent selection of books, though English is lacking a little and in public ones you can rent books and games for free. A lot of younger people go there

In Germany you can rent books, and even games in public library for any console for free for a week and if you want to you can even extend the time of rent.

New video is coming out soon! I‘ve connected CRT monitor to my server PC, on which I booted from USB image of Puppy Linux and tried to do some basic stuff, watching videos, playing old games with emulators, etc. :3

Hello everyone I’ve ordered a new battery replacement for my laptop(that has NixOS on it). I already have put it in. I was amazed to see such high numbers for estimated “time to empty” for my battery. My old one has the capacity of 51,7% and has lasted only for 2-3 (under easy load)
