OKAY SO. THIS LITTLE SHITHEAD.
I just wanted a kinky slime character that was like. Chaotic and fun. And boy howdy did I get that. She started out way more... domineering? And kinda more serious? But then over time she became an absolute GOOBER and, as my friends call her, "a menace."
Oob isn't part of the 'proper' cast of Starstruck [Star, Comet, Penny, Marble, Cinder, Monty, Joey, Nova are the main ones], but she IS one of the side/background characters like Tuli, Rodney, Powder, Silvy, Milke, etc. Not even I'M sure where she came from canonically, the joke is she was a "generic enemy slime" from some RPG world that hitched a ride on an overly-arrogant hero that visited the studio. She slipped into the water supply and fucked around until she learned how to take on a more 'acceptable' form, aka this weird, curvy 'bunny' girl. She paraded around like she was a 'client', Penny wasn't buying it, and called her ass out as an RPG slime. However, since that portal had been long-since closed, and they didn't know where she came from, well.......... She's just kinda. Stuck there. They decided she's 'harmless enough' so she's not a problem that's worth taking care of. PLUS. She has actually been a boon to the studio because she can tell if stuff is dirty or poisoned just by touching it. [she hates germs with a burning passion]
So now this obnoxious, mischievous slime girl lives at the studio. in the walls. in the water supply sometimes. They can't get rid of her.

The slime is breathable! Hence why sometimes she'll shoomp onto someone and become a living bodysuit without hurting them. [Most of the time it's to be a menace, but if she's got a client, well... there's a lot a slime can do when it's covering every inch of your body.]
She LOVES tormenting/bothering/pranking people. She gets easily bored and can't stop moving.
If she eats/absorbs someone [non-digestion], she can steal their traits temporarily
HATES germs. Ignorance is bliss, don't tell her how dirty everything around her is.
Will feed herself to people by kissing them
Reforms via her O-shaped necklace
Can change size- gets smaller the more pieces of herself that she sheds
When consumed in larger portions than an ounce, she can do anything from control someone's body, alter their shape/make them chubbier in specific areas [wherever she wants] and give them a MAJOR high if she so chooses to. Any weight she makes someone gain can be lost within like five minutes of moderate exercise.
Over-eager, enthusiastic, hyper, and WAY too into what she does
Becomes larger when exposed to bodies of water [don't let her in the punch bowl]
