The Trump administration deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia without any notice, legal process, or hearing to an El Salvador prison, and now claims that it is "powerless" to effect his return. Two NASA astronauts stranded in space were successfully returned to Earth not too long ago. Unacceptable.
