By the way, does anyone remember the kickstarter scam MMO Dreamworld? They actually worked on it more until it became a bit less scam and more of just slop and are starting to pay streamers to play it. I am not sure if I should give them props for the continued development of a scam or not.

A thing that bothers me about MMOs is that a large majority of them have solo or group focus built right into the mechanics of the game. See someone fighting something? If you go help them you get nothing for it. That seems pretty anti-social for an "MMO". We should normalize rewarding interaction.

So #Farever, my thoughts: - Game has a femboy body type. Based. - Character creation is actually pretty nice. My only complaint here is no solid black or red hair colors. - Crashing seems to be happening to players, including myself. - You can gain experience when helping randoms (huge)

I have another hot take. I hate when games have auto play. I totally understand people being too busy to play their games, or the grind is too boring. But then maybe you just don't like playing video games. Just knowing there's a button that will play the game for me triggers irrational rage.

As someone who plays #SecondLife, but doesn't roleplay, when I make a character or "OC", it is more of a reflection of my inner self. And then I get creative and make 3D models to make it unique, like my necklace, armor, collar, and horns. #3DArt #VideoGames #MMO

Another core memory of mine was having a neighbor friend that was in high school while I was a middle schooler, but he was always down to play Star Fox and some other N64 games with me. I looked up to that guy a lot growing up because he didn't judge me for being a kid. Gamers are chill like that.

There are three types of MMOs being made. 1: Kickstarter - MLM bros with tons of money trick people into funding their next 10 years in a cozy studio then don't release anything. 2: Corporate hybrid mobile cash grab. 3: Indie MMO made by 1-5 people that has the most love put in, but is a hard sell.

Project Gorgon may not be the prettiest MMO in the world, but it has some of the best gameplay I have ever experienced in an MMO. Wander into a dungeon? Other players might be in there already. You may even form a party with them to take on dangerous boss encounters. Won't get that anywhere else.
