I missed my two year anniversary at @rpgsite.net because I was busy with 12093801923809128301 ports to cover and interviews. Here's to many more and thanks to everyone who reads (and tolerated my shitposts).

Having played DD2 since pre-release through multiple updates and platforms, Capcom put in a ton of work into optimizing the game itself and this port. Since embargo didn't allow comparisons, I focused on the Switch 2 version and how it feels having enjoyed DD1 on Switch 1 years ago.

Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen on Nintendo Switch 2 is impressive and feels like Capcom coming full circle. Our thoughts with the Switch 2 port so far: www.rpgsite.net/feature/21520-drago…

I do not care about Windows barring having it on the ROG Ally to test stuff for work. I won't ever bother with that waste of an OS for playing games normally.

Kingdom Hearts comparison will take a bit. Too many games + I also don't have space on the ROG Ally to download both Steam and Xbox PC versions + I need to buy the Switch 1 collection.

Been teaching myself Unreal and built this moody office scene while learning the basics of lighting, VFX, camera control, animation, cinematics, and blueprints. Wanted to make it feel convincingly cluttered and lived-in, which involved placing 600+ props by hand. Sound up for maximum atmosphere.

Nice @sloanecerity.bsky.social would've loved this but she doesn't care based on something that happened recently

Currently soft launched in Philippines on both iOS and Android. Netflix did this with a few games before so it will likely be announced for worldwide release in the near future.

Penny's Big Breakaway is the only 3d platformer barring Odyssey that I finished and enjoyed a ton. Couldn't finish Astro Bot thanks to camera issues.

You reckon they used TSR instead of PSSR given the speed / ghosting concerns?

Congrats to Gears of War: E-Day for the launch! Excited to see what the team cooked up. I was lucky enough to spend a year writing for the world with a wonderfully talented group of people. It was an amazing time Congrats again to everyone that put their heart and souls into making this happen

Published earlier today, but I reviewed EDF5 on Switch 2. I know it is out in a crowded period, but it has been super fun to revisit with QOL and good HD rumble 2.

Yea I can imagine. I was talking to a friend about how people don't even have time to cover what they want, let alone play stuff or buy stuff right now.
