I enjoyed it. I thought that Chuti grew into the role much more, and there was a little more “dark” material in there too. Still some fun bits, which are essential as well. Overall, perhaps my favourite Chuti Doctor Who episode so far. 👍

I know of the “window” sleeve… I saw it while cataloguing. Probably a picture disc too… :) AATA were something else, and the videos of the time were brilliant. I didn’t care for much after “Prince charming” though…

YEP! People like AA, Bowie, etc., could come up with superb lyrics. & although some lyrics dealt with such things as “shaking one’s arse”, they somehow managed to do it poetically, with real grown up words! 😂 Incidentally, catalogued in Discogs, my first 7” purchase (bought in ‘81) today, “Ant Rap”

I remember the first time I watched GOT. I was stopping every 2 minutes when they introduced a new character. I had no idea where they’d come from, who they were related to. then, once I’d done the Google, I’d go back to watching again. Then they’d just kill the poor sod in the next scene anyway!

There’s a lot to be said about the feel of an LP, the unsleeving, careful handling, cleaning brush, lowering the stylus. The crackly anticipation of the first notes & then sitting, studying the sleeve, reading the notes & following the lyrics. It’s a whole experience, now lost to most!

This is painful to see, given that many years ago, my vinyl collection was ruined by a bloody cat pissing on them. I’m still now, 30 years later, replacing covers and sleeves from that chuffing animal! My only consolation is the cat is long dead! 😂

Reading posts about Trans folk. Most problems in US seem to be M-F Trans. Questions: Do public toilets in the US have open stalls? Can perverts [sic] see kiddies peeing? Why would a man go through years of counselling, Hormones & painful surgery to watch kiddies: they could just use the internet?
