Trust me, I’m -very- aware that I shouldn’t ship non-priority mail in a priority mail box…tell that to the coworker that INSISTED I could…so I said fuck it and sent it… …which clearly prompted you to come to me and tell me I was wrong…but I will happily tell you why so you can inform the coworker.

Welp…with orange thread nowhere to be seen (we’re assuming it was stolen for some reason), and I’m doubting every day that it’ll be remade…I am out a lot of hours of work…and a good bit of maybe 6-ish orders are now 2 weeks behind. Who and why tf you stealing thread??? Tf you gonna do with it???

I prefer writing it down as shit gets lost in translation/things are forgotten. With writing it down, it can be looked back on and reread at any point in time…especially if it’s IMPORTANT.

When I say message me: ACTUALLY message me. Do NOT call me. How can it be that hard to understand when I’ve clearly given direct and proper instructions????

Forcing a change for a cat that’s been using a very small kitten box his entire life. Hopefully it’ll take real easily, but things need to move and change. Be angry, I don’t care, but stuff needs to get better because holy shit.

Why tf the IRS sending me mail…I fucking paid my taxes 😡 I don’t need an audit. I have nothing but what I put in. Then again, at this point, the IRS is a joke.

The thread that was supposed to be here today may be here by Wednesday now 🫠 Something has to give with ordering thread…I requested it on the 2nd - manager reminded on the 11th…and it was potentially ordered then… The issue is that 2 colors are out of stock…but here’s the thing…if it was ordered >

What a horseshit way to do things. Because I took a sick day -after- a paid holiday, the paid holiday DOESN’T COUNT even though I’m a full time employee. That is absolute TRASH. How tf is this standard practice???? This happens at other places???? How tf is that even fair?????? Side note: I did >

🌸 Utai Mitsumo 🌸 <=> 🎪 Noct 🎪 @utaimitsumo.gay · 18/09/2026

So not only am I not getting paid right…my hours got shorted??? I only missed 1 day and we had the paid holiday. Thus 40 - 8 is 32….so why tf was I only paid for 26??? Wow…I got fucking screwed royally.

It’s rather wild to see that people would rather leave than do work… Sure we didn’t have a lot of orders today, but everyone is gone before 3 pm…minus the ones that are forced to stay (manager). Like they complained that -I- wasn’t doing anything and being lazy despite doing other things????

000

🌸 Utai Mitsumo 🌸 <=> 🎪 Noct 🎪 @utaimitsumo.gay · 16/09/2026

I get praise for what I’ve done and where my position has gone, but I feel the pay doesn’t reflect it. Nor does what I’ve done to ‘be a team player’ despite doing the same thing the others are doing. So it’s just…frustrating. But I guess I’ll be an annoyance for a while and see where that gets me.

🌸 Utai Mitsumo 🌸 <=> 🎪 Noct 🎪 @utaimitsumo.gay · 16/09/2026

Not where I want to be…so I’m going to continue looking for a job. He -FINALLY- talked to me and half of the conversation was bullshit over the few hours I was dicking with my machine, but I was more than content to throw the one leaving under the bus since I was doing as she suggested 🤷

The fact, as well, that the manager requested printer paper 3 weeks ago and it has yet to be ordered… We don’t have paper to print on ribbon so there’s no telling when that’ll show up… Why the hell is this guy running a business if he can’t even order supplies in a timely manner????

000

🌸 Utai Mitsumo 🌸 <=> 🎪 Noct 🎪 @utaimitsumo.gay · 16/09/2026

I am once again banking on the fact the boss is going to show up to ‘work’ after hours, thus rendering it impossible for me to talk to them. At this point, this is ridiculous and a waste of time. I’m in the process still of looking, but there is nothing that I can do (I’m not a nurse).

🌸 Utai Mitsumo 🌸 <=> 🎪 Noct 🎪 @utaimitsumo.gay · 14/09/2026

The job listing showed back up for my place of business…so I was a smartass and applied for it because I’m still waiting for the answer that is now a month and a half old. If this is how I have to get his damned attention then so be it. But if it is offered I’m definitely asking for more.
