Incredible stuff. I post on Stocktwits about how I'm mourning the anniversary of Abacus's CEO taking advantage of a short report to get scared warrant holders to agree to an exchange. now price is over strike with what would have been 2years to go. CEO then dances on the grave of those warrants.

My post on stock twits reading "as we are back over ten i'd like to mourn tomorrow's 1-year anniversary of them forcing conversion of the warrants. Jay took advantage of the low price from the short report and pushed us out. It was smart for Abacus but... warrant holders got smoked."
