Air travel is really taking off in the DC area! 🛫 Dulles Airport served a record-breaking 27.25 million passengers in 2024, surpassing its previous high from 2005. Reagan Airport also set a new all-time record, beating its 2023 total.

Thanks to the Infrastructure Law, North Pole, AK, is upgrading its drainage systems to reduce flooding, especially during spring ice breakups. The project will improve basins, drainage ditches, roads, and evacuation routes and boost the community’s resilience to climate impacts.

ICYMI: FHWA Acting Adm. White traveled to South Carolina to survey damages to US 276 and US 76 following Hurricane Helene. Our Department sent an initial $2 million to South Carolina to help with emergency road repairs of the state’s key routes.
