Says it all when a rando bystander just happened to be armed- outside of a school- when another shooter went in. And of course, BEFORE HE COULD ENGAGE, the first shooter had already killed 4 people. But the RW is going to celebrate the "good guy with a gun," use it to recommend we ALL be armed 24/7.
