Hey @aircanada.bsky.social - there’s a word for when you claim that the flight has left, but it’s still at the gate. It’s called a ‘lie’. Delays happen and that’s completely understandable - safety and bag loading matters. But making fake claims is not showing but respect for customers.

Melvin Rudd’s memorial, near the fishing hole where he died. This area burnt last April, and I have not gotten back in to see if the memorial survived. It was located in a damp area near McDougall Creek that survived the 1977 Fishing Laks fire.
