finally feeling some semblance of sanity. my flu got so bad last night to the point I couldn't even walk so I had to teleconsult a doctor basically just begging for my cough to stop. my throat was so raw the cough syrup burned 🥲 I'm still coughy and sick but I can finally sit up without unaliving 😭

I've been so very sick and confused this week. literally. having just about all the covid symptoms I usually get (and I had it 4x 😭) but i keep testing negative. maybe it's bootleg covid idk I just know I hurt 😵‍💫 it's mildly better today tho. still coughy and headswimmy but a bit more human so. yay?

my feet are definitely healing well. 3 of my toes are still bruised up but being on my feet doesn't hurt as much now. might even be able to get back to sewing this week! might even be able to stand long enough to cook my own meals again soon mmm 🥰

new books just came 🥰 I've already read 1984 years ago on kindle but never actually owned a physical copy. a random convo about it a few days ago reminded me and I had to get animal farm as well. these are all gilded I am GIDDY when classics come in hardcovers with gilded pages omg 😍😍😍

it took me nearly 3 days for my feet to feel nearly normal after 4 days of intense walking (which is definitely my bad for not packing any sensible shoes 🥲). I can finally wiggle my still-slightly-stiff-but-no-longer-swollen toes!!
