Yesterday, a truck going in the opposite direction from me wouldn't slow down and created a splash that blinded my windshield until its next wipe. I don't get that, I was driving very cautiously. People are checked out and dgaf.

Where I differ from the union crowd is I think overall people should try to go to integrated schools. But if your family is poor and you're a high achiever stuck in a bad school, it's unfair to that kid and they deserve a way out. They can't hold up the globe like Atlas.

One of the conservatives instigated death threats among the city infrastructure dept head last year in response to a proposed bus lane. Solomon sided with the rioters, so the dept head and a bunch of staff left. Naturally, those poseurs at CRAN endorsed the ringleader for re-election. Prog champion!

I'm sure frustrations brewed for a while, but the city finance director resigned after questioning Monday where the conservatives wanted the city to go insolvent to stave off a tax increase, and one of them accused him of misleading them intentionally.

There are 3 conservatives on the Jersey City council who consistently vote against the James Solomon admin on the right. He campaigned on a ticket with all of them. 2 might arguably be inevitable as a result of African American coalition politics, but it was imo crazy to run the third.
