In this webinar, we will learn about how Spark* NTNU builds upon peer-to-peer engagement to support entrepreneurial learning through practice across the university, not only through Venture Creation Programs. We will explore how the initiative is organized, its main objectives, and key partnerships, as well as how it has evolved over time. Through the Spark* NTNU example, we will discuss how extra-curricular activity can embed back into curricular learning through organizational bridging. We will look at how Spark* has connected with other parts of NTNU and how its approaches and learnings have been translated into activities, education and curriculum across the university. Along the way, we will reflect on some of the critical insights and lessons from the Spark* NTNU journey, including what has worked, what has changed, and what others might take from this experience. PRESENTERS: - Dag Håkon Haneberg is an associate professor in entrepreneurship at NTNU. He works with NTNU School of Entrepreneurship and has worked with Spark* NTNU for four years. Additionally, he has done academic research about the learning processes of both entrepreneurs and coaches at Spark* NTNU. - Jenny Temmerud took over as the leader of Spark* NTNU in August 2026 and is responsible for employees, strategy, development and partnerships across the organisation's campuses in Trondheim, Ålesund and Gjøvik. She is in her final year of a Master's in Industrial Economics and Technology Management at NTNU, specialising in artificial intelligence and strategic change management.
