This is the best bread in the entire world. For over a year, I’ve been trying to duplicate the recipe which is a well-guarded secret. The bakery doesn’t ship to the US🙁 I don’t know any bakers who would be willing to experiment with the list of ingredients but no directions. I think I need help.
