Took a ride out to Wheelerville trails in Caroga Lake, NY in the Southern Adirondacks. Fantastic trails, hit a bunch of features and jumps I’d been riding around or casing for the last few years. Still progressing but with a healthy relationship with risk. Stoke is high 🚵🏼‍♂️

Had a lovely lunch date with my sweetie at our favorite restaurant Strong Hearts Cafe, the only all-vegan cafe in Syracuse that’s open every day for lunch and supper. Been going strong since 2008, sadly closing in two weeks. Many good memories here 💜💙🧡

Made it the Syracuse Mets home opener for the first time! Even got to sit in my favorite seat (section 113 row 2 seat 5). Very comfortable temps for 3/31 in Syracuse, but alas thunder showers ended it after top of the 7th.
