Trastuzumab deruxtecan (EnHERTu) SHELF LIFE REDUCED AFTER RECONSTITUTION updates.chemo.org.uk/SPC_News/pro... Strangely the changelog in December reported extended shelf life, and the recent change log makes no mention of a change - but it is shortened.

Diff showing reduced shelf life from 48hrs to 24hrs. This is not acknowledged on the EMC as a change!
