AEW was still better than most other promotions even when they had a lull. 2024 had Bryan’s run as champion, Sting’s retirement, the Hangman/Swerve feud, the Hollywood story feud between Toni and Mariah and the rise of Kyle Fletcher. That’s just off the top of my head.
