Well uh, only like 20 people have played my demo, but steam says that their average play-time is above average for similar demos in my band so that's good? I guess it is better then having a lot of people playing and the average being super low?

I really like this analogy. Especially as someone who cooks all the time. I definitely can tell the difference between something that is bad, and something that just needs some salt to help enhance the dish. So like, you should be able to tell if the game has potential and just needs salt.
