iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

This is my third time starting up a save file after PS5 & Steam, and am in love all over again. The technical concedes are well worth it for being on NS2.

Oh no problem! I always come home from Tokyo with plenty of new Kirby items for my desk, I’m sure to find many more on this trip hahah 😊

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

I am coming next month, can’t wait to see!

110

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 06/09/2026

C’mon up! We’d love to have ya ;-)

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

This is incredible news! Will be there day 1, and snatch a physical if we get one as well!

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

Thank You Dolly, for creating the blueprint on being a good human.

000

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 19/08/2026

Ok so you mean virtual card. GKC do not work on the OG Switch.

010

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 19/08/2026

I prefer all on cart as well (mostly to save storage internally), but GKC are pretty simple and straight forward.

000

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 19/08/2026

I’m confused? Do you mean virtual (digital) cards or the physical game key cards? GKC don’t require any settings or transfer. You put them in any compatible system, they download the game and whoever has that cartridge can download and play the game.

#*%*!!! We need an NS2 version lol

010

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 10/07/2026

Waiting to pick this up on Switch 2…any word on gyro / mouse controls?

100

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 10/07/2026

They are a terrorist organization.

000

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 30/06/2026

First design I’ve seen that was an instant purchase for me…until I saw $8 shipping for a tee and a note that says “please allow an extra two weeks for shipping currently”. Yeah….you can keep that Yetee 😂

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 29/06/2026

I kickstarted this and have had it for awhile. Can recommend, super versatile and tucks away very tiny for travel.

010

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 21/06/2026

Amazing! Enjoy taking it all in ❤️

120

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 13/06/2026

I’ll put them on my list for next trip in October. With all the great food options there, my favorite thing to do is try new random items from that one aisle of oddities at Lawsons lol

110

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 07/06/2026

In my opinion, Xbox just punted Sony’s State of play with that showcase. I realize MANY of the games are also coming to PS5, but scoring the reveals is huge and shows brand confidence from 3rd parties. Xbox just assured I will renew my PC GamePass and anticipate Project Helix ❤️

030

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 07/06/2026

They ran over Sony with that showcase. Many games also coming to PS5, but GamePass will get me playing on PC.

110

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 07/06/2026

I usually don’t think about GameStop. This sale made me want to actively avoid them this week.

000

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 06/06/2026

One of my favorites titles premiered today, can’t wait to hear more.

000

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 29/05/2026

It’s an excellent game, not sure why the difference. Excitement quickly left when I saw gone in minutes, and abandoned my cart of LRG sale games I was gonna get as a bundle. Maybe will come back later in the day? 🤷🏻‍♂️

100

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 29/05/2026

Damn, Neon Inferno Switch sold out as I was checking out. Will there be more or was that it?

210

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 29/05/2026

Dates with their sisters? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 30/04/2026

My first movie was the OG in 1977, and I have seen every once since then opening day in theaters. For me, Force Awakens is also my favorite. It brings back the fun of the original, and does a great job of easing out old characters while introducing the new. And I still love Rey.

010

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 25/04/2026

Is he readily available in the Centers there? I will be back out late next week and he is on my shopping list ❤️

110

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 19/04/2026

Plenty of Pokemon & MP4 for $29.97 at the location in Woodinville, WA (outside Seattle) as of Saturday afternoon (Kirby was gone).

010

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 18/04/2026

OMG I vividly remember Awakening like it was yesterday. Calling it retro is a gut punch hahaha But such an amazing game!

010

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 06/04/2026

Correct, it’s NOT them. Nintendo is not on Bluesky yet.

000

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 23/03/2026

Yup! That’s what I did. But a package on the shelf will bring awareness to the 95% of the mainstream market that aren’t as tuned in as we are lol

010

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 23/03/2026

If Ubisoft remarketed this as a “Complete Edition” with all items unlocked with no toys as a standalone game and put Fox front and center on the box, I think they could have sold a decent amount.

200

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

Same. And damn, the relief when I realized that I could just lay there and rest was amaaaazing ❤️

111

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 18/03/2026

Did it bring inspiration to bring Lumines Arise to Nintendo Switch2? LOL

120

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 24/02/2026

I saw this headline posted elsewhere but they just said “character revealed”, ya know…so they wouldn’t be spoiling it 🤦🏻‍♂️ Thanks for taking away a fun surprise.

030

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 06/02/2026

Sames been happening here, and the older I get the harder it is for me to adjust.

110

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

Lesbian…lesbian…. LESSSSSSBIAN.

050

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

I remember that night, very fun! The ten year part…yeesh haha

110

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 31/01/2026

The ones on the right look like oatmeal cookies lol

110

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 26/01/2026

Did you see Synth Riders, the VR rhythm game, got a 2D port to Switch? It’s interesting, I’m enjoying it so far. There’s a demo on the eShop…try it out…ya know, to stay young 😉

The people who'll tell you today's murder victim in Minnesota shouldn't have turned up to a protest carrying a gun are the same people who said Kyle Rittenhouse was perfectly entitled to do the same thing.

I’m betting each Shantae release on a separate cartridge, drip fed full price release leading up to the one in development now.

000

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 07/12/2025

I’ll be there in a few weeks, I’m sure you’ll be able to give me good recommendations by then lol

110

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 28/11/2025

Hope you feel better soon!!! Get some rest between gaming!

Have an amazing time! If you’re visiting the Pantheon, there’s an amazing dessert / gelato spot very close called Giolitti that’s 🔥🔥🔥

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 08/11/2025

Great game, and there’s a free Nintendo Switch 2 upgrade available as well.

010

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 09/10/2025

I’m coming in early Jan, looks like Seattle weather so I’ll be properly equipped lol

Matthew D. @unlikelycatalyst.bsky.social · 06/10/2025

Agreed! I wish @sega-west.bsky.social would give us ANY sort of a release period.
