Meet Logan Shreve, a Union University senior undergraduate and RUE intern in our Bioinformatics Core. He is helping with comparative genomics to uncover gene regions in P. protegens strains that provide resistance against Bacterial Panicle Blight in rice. A collaboration with Dr. Rojas lab.
