MOON (1926)
Starring Buster Keaton, Buster Keaton, Buster Keaton, Buster Keaton and so on and so forth, Moon is a film as notable for its special effects as for its incredible stunts. In it, Keaton plays an intrepid explorer who fires himself into space - Keaton really did turn human cannonball for the breath-taking opening sequence - to become the first man on the Moon. Or so he thinks: because the 'crater' he lands in is in fact a magical lake (science is not this movie's strong suit) with the power to create identical copies of anything that falls into it. Soon the entire moon is crawling with Busters: tensions mount, a civil war takes place between two opposing armies of Keatons, and it is only when the original Buster threatens to end his own life - and therefore that of his copies - that the warring clones unite to build a rocket in which they can all go to Earth. Moon is part primitive science fiction, part satire on human nature, and all comedy.

I love why that song has that title

Though it was not recorded until their second album, "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" was written during Iron Butterfly's early days. According to drummer Ron Bushy, organist-vocalist Doug Ingle wrote the song one evening while drinking an entire gallon of Red Mountain wine. When the inebriated Ingle then played the song for Bushy, who wrote down the lyrics for him, he was slurring his words so badly that what was supposed to be "in the Garden of Eden" was interpreted by Bushy as "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida".
