Just heard about the G6 confirmation and the designs are just GORGEOUS I really hope the designs from the promo art will be used in the show and that the art style won’t be too different from it #mlp #mlpgen6 #fluttershy

Anyone got any tips on how to make characters look distinguishable without drawing them in different styles? I’ve been trying to tackle my same-face-syndrome and it always either end winning or the characters look wayyyy too different from each other :/

I miss the times when YouTube videos where actually interesting I'm not saying there aren't any interesting videos anymore but the algorithm just prefers shoving rage bait and click bait and general negativity to the point where I scroll for ages just for my timeline to look like this

Scrolling through my gallery I found a photo from my first year in graphic design training where we had to "remake" a piece of fiction of our choice design-wise as if it was a theater performance and I spent 10+ hours on that fuqin headshot and 15+ hours on the Greenpath sketch Worth it tho

I will insist though that no matter how many references I look up, deciphering Mualani’s bow, skirt, shorts and decorative lining is pain

If Ivysaur had an apple on its back, would Venusaur have an apple tree?

Avi Songs keep inspiring me to start art, then bedtime pulls me out of it mid drawing and because I don’t wanna ruin what I started i never pick them up again Currently i have 4 drawings in my gallery, each based on a song that made it into rough shading but never beyond the sketching phase aaaaaaa

I don‘t think I’ll manage to finish a new drawing today, so here‘s a „repost“ from my most recent drawing on Twitter Stats like brushes, number of brush strokes, time taken and a small gif of the process are as usual on the respective SketchClub post app.sketchclub.com/sketch/54579...

A drawing of the unicorn MLP Gen4 character Twilight Sparkle lies on a floor made of water of which several drops are dislodging and floating upwards around her. With an indifferent expression she looks up at a floating candy cone with eyes and bug-like wings that glow lightly. Above them giant translucent goldfish are floating through a purple sky littered with stars.

An older drawing but one of my favorites to this day! It was my first attempt of doing a painting-like style in SketxhClub and I was listening to LetThereBeFire on loop...might have been a tiiiiiiny bit of inspiration for it
