This is my final update on the situation while I wait on a reply to this email!

Email that reads: Hello I'm reaching out in regards to the lack of accessibility for my shop and the main fourthwall.com website. There have been numerous complaints off platform and within the official Discord server regarding the lack of accessibility, And I'm curious about what the plan of action would be to correct this? To make it easier to handle this I am going to provide all of the links and explanations to this issue for a quick resolution!

https://www.ada.gov/resources/web-guidance/ According to the Americans with Disabilities Act Title 3, Businesses open to the public must have the ability to accommodate those with disabilities, this does include websites that provide goods and services. In the official 4th wall Discord server back on April 22nd of 2024 the issue of alternative text not being on the site was brought up as an urgent matter https://discord.com/channels/872523169028792400/1315974871695622214 This was brought up under the "feature requests" Community forums. I cannot stress enough that this is not a "feature" or something to make someone's shop look cool, this is a legally required disability accommodation. While I am aware that fourthwall is relatively new, being established sometime around 2021 this is a very serious issue that should have been handled from the beginning. The inability to add alt text or any other services to make shops accessible to those with disabilities is not only harmful to you as a company but to us smaller shop owners, As we lose out on the opportunity to bring in more customers.

I look forward to hearing what the plan is in finding a solution for this problem! Thank you very much for your time!
