Die Bundesregierung wirft Umweltverbänden vor, ihr Klagerecht zu missbrauchen. Jetzt kommt raus: Sie kann keinen einzigen Fall aus der Praxis nennen. Es gibt schlicht keinen Missbrauch. Der Generalverdacht gegen die Umweltverbände entbehrt jeder Grundlage und ist eine absolute Frechheit.
