At the top there is a pannel surrounded by a cloudy atmosphere (meaning it's a memory) in which Gil-Galad and Elrond are talking.

GIL-GALAD: "And remember, Elrond, any secret you keep-..."
ELROND: "I am not-..."
GIL-GALAD: "Any secret will be known. And the consequences will not be for you alone but for all the people helping you keep it hidden in Imladris"

Under these last Gil-Galad's words appears Elrond in the present, in a dark room, thoughtful at that memory. In the pannel at the right every thought is interrumpted by a hand with long nails extending towards Elrond, who looks slightly shocked our of his reverie. There is a black balloon connecting with the hand that says "MY... CHILDREN"

In the last pannel, at the bottom of the page, appears a scene in which we discover Elrond has been sitting at the bedside of someone gravely wounded and covered in dressings who is not other than Adar, commander of the Uruks and his former enemy.

Elrond is taking the hand Adar extended between his, and we can see he is wearing the ring Vilya.
