This gentle sweetling is the little love of my life. A month ago she was diagnosed with laryngeal cancer, and the awful looming loss of that is so big & heavy that it feels too sacred to even share. She is my whole heart, my sole companion. Some days are just really, really hard and lonely.

Cleansing {accounts, belongings, my life}, clearing out the old and creating breathing room for new light and air. Slowly de-cluttering and letting go of everything that does not actively nourish, support or inspire me. Making room for something better. 🙏🏻

This little peanut was, until yesterday, exploring and beginning to make a home in my bathroom, beneath the leaf of my mushroom nightlight. I gently released them outside and have felt so lonely about it since! I can see the beginnings of the hammock they were making there. <3 They are so precious.

"Beau Is Afraid" was upsetting, hilarious, sad, and wildly beautiful, and Joaquin Phoenix was absolutely mesmerizing in it. One of the weirdest fucking films I've seen this year, and every minute absolutely worth it.
