It was there before the event! You can see it in the last picture covered in makeup. He either wiped off the makeup or he did git it and made it worse BUT looking at the hematoma (bruise) it’s coloring is not a new bruise.

Yes! It’s called a port and it’s a quick day procedure to have one placed and very little recovery. They can be placed in multiple places like in his upper arm or chest area and when he receives treatments the public would never know. I’ve been baffled why he doesn’t have one. I bet he refused one.
