Yes it can be very frustrating. 20 years ago I went back to university to upgrade my skill set. There I learned how to format questions for search engines. Even with this knowledge I still get a vast swaths of answers based upon algorithms designed to push certain websites.

And what's your game plan for this transition? It takes time to replace the trucks, tractors, ships etc. that run on fossil fuels. Meanwhile, during the transition fuel becomes increasingly expensive and prices rise. Who does the triage during this transition ? Who gets things like food?

It's fine to criticize these folks for being duped, but remember, it's truckers who transport things like food into cities. Thanks to Just-In-Time the average grocery store has maybe three days of stock. If those deliveries stop, things start to get ugly.

I like the old school coffee grinder in the photo. As for ground coffee, don't. You should never buy ground coffee. Ground coffee goes stale much faster because of the exposure to oxygen and moisture when ground. Life is just too short for bad coffee.
