Last week we had the pleasure of visiting Mineral Springs and garden manager Barbara Moton! 🌽🥕 She’s expanded the space with new planters, fruit trees, a chicken coop, and creative techniques like Hügelkultur and keyhole gardening. Produce goes to MSIC’s Pantry, serving 450+ families.
