I think Gen Z got hit with adult problems before reaching actual adulthood. Everyone’s expected to have a five-year plan while still trying to recover from surviving the last five years.

A lot of people were promised: study hard → work hard → stability. Then graduated into rising rent, impossible housing prices, and jobs asking for “entry level” applicants with 5 years of experience. All while caught in a transitional age.
