umi @umiuniii.bsky.social · 14/10/2026clamp’s design peaked in tokyo babylon -> X 1999 -> CG era imo🧎♀️they are so heart-wrenchingly good 000 0
umi @umiuniii.bsky.social · 14/10/2026because you can’t be direct/straightforward in jp etiquette, whenever they explain something they’d drag their sentences super long to make sure everything they say is not definitive. that’s why in most of meetings im like dude I really want to take this seriously but you’re making me sleepy rn🧎♀️ 010 0
umi @umiuniii.bsky.social · 14/10/2026I miss sydney this time of year where everyone is serious about being scary. you’d see skeletons and zombies casually put around elevators and lobbies and many corners of buildings and streets. we don’t need cuteness in Halloween we need CHAOS 010 0
umi @umiuniii.bsky.social · 13/10/2026i guess it’s bc there were too many cn resellers but it was really not a good experience when the soon as they saw my id suddenly the cold shoulder treatment and bad service from everywhere 😮💨 oh well 140 0
umi @umiuniii.bsky.social · 03/10/2026feels a little weird sometimes seeing people simplify jp culture = otaku culture when otaku is viewed as “rebellious” and was openly looked down upon for a long time in the jp mainstream 120 0
umi @umiuniii.bsky.social · 01/10/2026oh god my fav band from 10+yrs ago is having concert on feb 20th and 21st and i uh, didnt think too much about it just signed up for lotto instantly. if i actually won the lotto i think I’d make the dumbest travel plan… 100 0

umi @umiuniii.bsky.social · 30/09/2026hashino mentioned in famitsu p30th interview that after they decided to make p4, he gathered some staffs, rented a room in tokyo, and they did the story within three days because of how tight p4 development schedule was 120 0

umi @umiuniii.bsky.social · 29/08/2026my first impression of ikebukuro was really bad bc the first time I was there having lunch i heard some guy at the table behind me (around 30yo) approaching a highschooler and asked “you’re into sefure (fwb)?” very loudly and IN BROAD DAYLIGHT it made me sick to my stomach 000 0
umi @umiuniii.bsky.social · 27/08/2026I know the possibility is slim but I’d love it if they make p4a2 for dlc. playable adachi part honestly has one of my favorite writings in persona games 010 0
umi @umiuniii.bsky.social · 25/08/2026there’re so many hidden messages with the way jp people talk that I wouldn’t even dare praise them like I do in other places. like if I say to my colleague I like the perfume they wear they‘d be like WAS IT TOO MUCH IM SO SORRY I‘D NEVER WEAR THAT PERFUME EVER AGAIN 010 0
umi @umiuniii.bsky.social · 24/08/2026I miss the time when an event would invite the author to write over an hour long new story and have VAs live acting them THAT’S how you celebrate an anniversary 010 0
umi @umiuniii.bsky.social · 24/08/2026tbh I’m glad I decided not to go to nc night but watch their live stream instead…it‘d be a huge disappointment to go all the way to saitama only to find out their “newly written scene” was just awkwardly shovel all the characters together in one room and make each of them speak like one sentence 110 0
