Vore for Ed is non-fatal, low-stakes and mostly just inconvenient for prey. He whenever the mood strikes, he will almost toonishly swallow his chosen prey whole in a blink of an eye. And he'll often play with his belly until his meal eventually metabolized. He, generally, has enough capacity to eat until his stomach is as big as he is. But a big bad wolf always enjoys testing his limits.

I haven't entirely decided on if Ed himself has a unique method to reform digested prey juuuuust yet, but I'm playing with concepts. One of which is that when prey are processed, they'll turn into prey-stickers on Ed's belly. Ed could peel them off, and the sticker will *poof* into the person he had eaten.

My reasoning was that because Ed still practices extreme sports, sometimes he'll have scrapes and bandages on his body. Having bandages themed after the people he's eaten seems like a fun idea. But, either way, I'll come up with something in that regard.
