Switch 2, finally justifying its existence. It -has- been, but this is the icing on the cake. My Dad would've loved this, bringing it full-circle (or full-Triforce, might I say) to where our love of #Zelda all began. Was cautiously optimistic, but now I can say it'll be epically legendary. #OoT

Biked over to the dump in my complex to see if I could find any salvageable furniture and instead my furniture search turned into a wildlife rescue mission. Something that I have not embarked on since 2015. See, this fluffy raccoon caught my eye and was foraging in the dumpster.

What another shock. Monumental loss for the film and TV industry with the loss of Tim Curry, who made so many childhoods across generations. Often imitated but never duplicated, he was a something of a chameleon in the roles he played. Free once again, soar high, Mr. Curry. 🕊

Another immensely sad loss for 2026. Brenda Fricker was mostly known for her role as Pigeon Lady in Home Alone 2, but her character was truly instrumental to the story & no one could've played her better. Down-to-earth, may she now fly as free as a turtle dove. 🕊 #FriendsForever

Such tragic news to come across. Jurassic Park, Bicentennial Man, many other great films. Sam Neill was an international treasure who truly made the characters he played all his own. An animal lover & fighter for nature, he's an exception to "never meet your heroes." RIP, Sam. 🙏

Just finished setting up my new Nintendo Switch 2 system. It asked me if I wanted to add any other users. This part hit me pretty hard, and was conflicted. But ultimately, I brought my late father's Switch 1 profile over along with mine. Wanted to take him along with me. 🥹❤️‍🩹🥲

Started playing Cyberpunk 2077 (dunno how much I'll actually play it) and the character customization is crazy. This is the first time actually seeing a nearly splitting image of me in a game, at least facially speaking. No, this is not AI. All from scratch. Pretty surreal to me!

What a loss of a silver screen legend. Catherine O'Hara was an absolute chameleon of an actress. Growing up, I always thought she was more Kate McCallister than Delia Deetz, but her real life persona was far more eccentric. Goes to show how brilliant she'll always be.
