yup, mosquitos are actually a forced predator, they need your blood to generate the eggs they will eventually lay. so, if you keep get bit by other mosquitos in the future months, it's likely that is "blood of your blood" so i consider mosquitos also to be the most annoying children you can have

i guess they have a way to reach you to ask explanations. for the few that will ask about it you can see if they are just whining about not having things their way or if there has been an honest mistake, to which you should be able to grade their work accordingly.

i feel like it's a thing that makes you struggle more than necessary. as i said, allow one chance to submit a non AI piece, after that you don't have to constantly prove they used AI on each test, if they used once they are capable of doing it again. you just gotta prove it once if at all...

they will come to you and talk about it so that they'll either prove they deserved the fail, or not. Don't feel so bad about giving students what lessons they need, even if they don't think it's right.

Honestly, in your shoes, i'd only check once, keep the name of the studento on a list so you can be sure you can just fail the assignment if it's not the very first time. You're a teacher, caring for your student doesn't mean that they can make a fool of you like this. If they have problems ...

Sadly the best way to get a student to do it's part of the job is to fail his class. I hope understands in the end why, it's never an happy moment for a good teacher. He either learns or not, and we all hope he does, for his own good in his future.

It's normal to have these thoughts, it's fine, it happens from time to time. Even if you don't feel like it, I'm sure you have lots of talents and capabilities outside of work and games. I think that exploring some creative process can help you feeling better. Get a crayon and enjoy the moment
