ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 20/03/2025I am a bit scared of turning mY fitted test pattern into a bodysuit. What if my body shape looks horrible? 000
ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 12/03/2025And now I saw a student panicking for 4 hours because he couldn't mentally process or even /read/ the (quite difficult) material. I should not be in situations like "is this supposed to be this way?" No. Unless you have dyslexia or ADHD. "I have ADHD" ... 000

I saw him twice in 16 weeks. He submitted the draft I read just a few weeks after the thesis started. He did almost nothing. No contact, no mail answers. 100
ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 12/03/2025I see so many students who should not be in the university right now but on sick leave for mental reasons. I see students who want to write their thesis and three weeks later I realize that they are deep in autism burnout. A student failed his first MSc with another supervisor. He contacted me... 100
ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 12/03/2025The worst part of my job is to see the young students who are mentally unwell and who break under slightest pressure. I see them fail and there is just nothing I can do. 100

ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 24/02/2025Jai. Das Ergebnis ist zu knapp und die Frage ob BSW drin/draußen hat Einfluss auf die Regierungabildung 010
ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 24/02/2025BSW didn't make in by 0.03%. No way the election is constitutional given the problems with voting from abroad. 000
ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 24/02/2025Control? Or the relaxation of being controlled for a bit? 010
ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 22/02/2025Suiting in the new head went okay. The next attempt will get a bit of padding inside, though. I got the space I should use it. But next will be a body and then I revisit the head with fresh eyes 020
ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 19/02/2025On Sunday there are German elections. Unfortunately my election material did not arrive in time and so my vote does not count. Anyways please be a good kitty and vote for the kitty parties (green/left) and not the Nazis. Thanks <3 010
ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 16/02/2025It's done. Okay again no feet. It is done anyways. 000

ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 27/01/2025I have the same issue with the base i am slowly designing. It is like 30% smaller than the toony cat and people still say it is too big. Ugh. Picture related 100
ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 27/01/2025Ah you meant big in terms of outer size, not inner fit. Yeah. I think toony heads are expected to be big and for semi realistic you cannot get away with it. But it looks soooo good! 200
ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 26/01/2025Oh man that is looking so good! I envy the cleanness of your shave. What is the approximate size of him? 100

ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 14/12/2024The main problem is that those guys intend to do this 4 more times. Issue: there is no hard proof for it. The machine ran and there was a strong time correlation. The labspace was never designed as a lab when the building was built so there is no good way to monitor spikes. 010
ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 14/12/2024We don't know, yet. It might have killed a chip. But we are not sure 110

One fridge heated up, another blue screened, a quantum chip must have received a power spike and behaves erratic. The issue is: the washing machine has a German schuko, with ground on the sides. The Danes have a third grounding pin. 110
ulfgard.bsky.social @ulfgard.bsky.social · 13/12/2024So I was at the group meeting of the experimental quantum physicists. The first 20 minutes was about the "washing machine incident".
