Today is Moms’ Equal Pay Day. Moms working full-time, year-round, were paid 74 cents, and all earners were paid 64 cents for every dollar paid to dads in 2024. Every worker deserves equal pay for equal work. When moms earn fair wages, families are stronger, communities thrive, and everyone benefits

Today is Black Women’s Equal Pay Day. Black women earn just 65¢ for every dollar paid to white, non-Hispanic men. Union contracts help close that gap. Through collective bargaining, we win fair wages, transparency, and protections that lift up all workers. Equal pay happens when workers organize.
